Project Costs
At Groove Tunes Studios we emphasize high Value. Value comes from having a Quality Product at a Great Price. We encourage communication at all stages of the recording process, and that begins with the client telling us about what they want to do in the studio, and a little bit about themselves. This gives us an idea as to whether we think an alliance will bring about satisfaction for both parties. It has to be a right fit for both client and studio.
If you are new to Groove Tunes Studios and are requesting pricing please fill out our Contact and Booking form. We will respond to your inquiry either by email or by phone. In some cases we will recommend an in-person meeting prior to providing a cost estimate. Thank you!
Each recording project is unique, and so projects are priced differently. In order to get an idea of what your project will cost we will need to know what you want to accomplish in the studio. It’s best to email us first to tell us about your project needs, and then, if we think we can help you, we'll schedule a face-to-face meeting at the studio.
1) Fill out the form (link below), or email us.
Please try to be as thorough and specific as possible when describing the kind of help that you will need. For instance, will you be playing an acoustic guitar and singing, but you need the studio to provide a drummer and bass player? Will you be playing more than one instrument and singing multiple vocal parts? Are you wanting to record a demo of one or two songs, or do you want to record a full album of radio-ready, top-drawer production numbers, or something in between? The more information you can provide to us the better we can estimate a cost for you. There are some types of projects that we just don't do (Rap, Hip Hop, Screamo, etc.) and there are some things that are impossible for us to do (studio recording of large choirs, etc.) so it's important that we take the time and do the phone or email screening first.
2) Schedule a meeting.
The absolute best way to plan a project and to obtain a realistic cost estimate is to schedule a pre-meeting at the studio, check it out, meet your engineer, ask questions, and discuss dates and times that work within your schedule. There are many, many ways to plan your session -- every customer is unique, and every project is unique. We want to make sure everything works best for you!
3) You get an estimate.
After we have met in person and have discussed your recording needs the studio will provide an estimate for the work required.
We will always try to find a way to meet or exceed your expectations while staying within your budget.
